I been trying to get into the cloud administrator side of tech for about a year. I have two Azure certifications (Azure fundamental and Azure Administrator) but I haven’t had any luck with entry level positions. Every position is requiring a year or more of experience. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to increase my chances for a position?

I’m my partners only associate and I went on parental leave two weeks ago. I feel horrible for leaving him to handle our cases alone, but am trying to focus on my wife and new baby. In salary breakup of Bosch apart from total CTC, another payable amount is mentioned under 'NPS optional- Company Contribution'. What does this optional means?
