I had appeared for Infosys technical interview last month and after that received an application form from HR to submit my details for HR discussion. But it's been 18 days and I haven't heard from HR for any discussion. The candidature status is still showing as education details submission. Does it take so long for HR discussion to happen or have they rejected my candidature? Please respond if anyone has any idea. Thank you

For people with Non-technical backgrounds who are now Product managers in the Tech industry, what kind of resources did you use to prep for your interviews? I've had people recommend brushing up on cracking the PM code but there's SO MUCH information out there and it's hard to figure out if I'm looking at the right thing or not. For those trying to leave, how do you sneak interviews in?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?

Applying for an Associate role at McK Ops practice after being actively sourced by multiple recruiters. I was excited about it at first, but struggling to find bandwidth for case practicing. I’ve pushed interviews to a later time already to accommodate for my schedule, but now I’m even busier than before. I’m second guessing whether I should go through with it, as the prospect of an even worse WLB is off-putting. Should I just stop the process? Or just see what happens?
