I have been working in a company for almost 3.5years. Initially, they trained me in Big Data for 2 months and cross-trained me in Salesforce Admin and Apex.Directly allocated to project that is manual testing and internal automation tool . i spoke to manager she told she will give me an opportunity as dev when the new data cloud project gets signed (BTW no hopes).i asked for roll off and loaned out to new project as tester again but i am interested in SF dev. Any suggestions?

How yo check "base location" and "work location" in TCS offer letter? Will TCS follow this after joining and project allocation? Or will they force to transfer? (*considering the situation when it will be back to office)

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?
