Hi All, I am 11 yoe, working at a medium sized product company and I got an offer from Thoughtworks (50% hike) for a Lead Consultant role in data engineer profile.

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

Hi, do you know of any opening as a production manager making at least 120K? The environment where I'm currently working is getting more toxic than ever and they are expecting me to fill all the openings with the minimum wage. I have a few years of PM experience without the “official title” of Project manager. I am close to finishing my Grow with Google Project Management Program as I am now on course 6/6. I’m not looking for any kind of mid-level position. Simply trying to get my foot in the door as a PM for the marketing industry and wanting to know if that’s a realistic goal.

As my title indicates, I'm both a product and a privacy counsel at my tech co. The product is consumer-facing and deals w/ privacy issues, so lots of overlap. I'm relatively junior, and currently am in the position of being able to commit to one path or the other. Anyone been here before and have thoughts on career progression for the two tracks?

Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
