Hi everyone,
I have successfully completed all three rounds of the interview, and the same status is reflected on the portal. After that, HR asked me to upload documents on the portal (PAN card, payslips, etc.), which I have already done.
Since then, I haven’t received any further communication from the HR team (no call or email).
Could anyone please suggest what the next steps might be or how long this usually takes?

Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

After 10 rounds of interviews for a TPM position the recruiter says he will set me up for team alignment, and then take it to HC for a decision. Is this the normal process? Isnt HC decision done first

Certified in all AA versions.
CCTC 25LPA
Expecting 40LPA
I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?

Actually i have been interviewed in Accenture .
Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

Is the compensation plan editable to allocate ex gratia amount updated post promotion this September.

CL8 here..can't edit and allocate the amount to the components.
