I need quick guidance. I have cleared L1, L2 , and the F2F round at LTIMindtree, Bangalore for the Specialist Software Engineering role, with 4 years 10 months of experience.

From my research, this role seems like P3, but I have heard it might be P2. Is asking for 14 LPA reasonable, considering my current CTC is 4.6LPA.

I have my HR round in 2 hours, so I want to be prepared with the right expectations and negotiation approach.

Apologies if this is repetitive, but here for some inspiration stories… I prepped hard for the first (phone interview) McK 30-min evaluative case study (Digital Associate role) but failed it cause I couldn’t calm my nerves… is it realistic to hope that with more hard work, I can at least make it to the final rounds next time round? Any tips to not be anxious for a phone interview?

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.
