Hi everyone, I need to understand the potential salary that can be earned in Germany, Canada, and Netherlands by a Principal product manager or Director of product. I am earning approximately INR 100 Lakhs in India and want to shift to either of these countries. Can someone recommend the salary I can expect in these regions?

VC associate offer evaluation:
210k base
30% bonus
20k signing bonus
1.5 million carry dollars at work (400m final close with 250k for every 50m increase up to 500m fund max) with 7 year vesting period (ouch)
Completely remote with encouragement for juniors to travel and build relationships around the country.

Just wanted to get a feel for whether or not this is a good offer as I don’t know many people in the industry.

I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.
