Hi everyone, I recently joined Infosys (just 2 weeks ago) and I’m currently on bench. As per the offer letter, the notice period is 3 months both during and after probation. However, I’ve recently received another offer from a different organization.
-> Can Infosys HR initiate an early release on their own (or if I request it) if I resign now, considering I’m new and still on bench?
-> If that happens, will the next company revise the DOJ and prepone it

How is utilization calculated? What happens if we are on the bench?

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Started looking outside and got opportunities.

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)
