I recently joined TCS and have 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing. It’s been 3 months, and I’m still on the bench despite actively looking for project opportunities.

If anyone knows of any Automation Testing openings or can refer me internally, I’d really appreciate your help. Also, could anyone share how long the bench period typically lasts at TCS?

1. How is work related to devops and cloud ?
2. Since the tavisca is taken over by JPMC , are all policies and benefits are now applicable to current tavisca employees ?

Is it really that difficult to get hired for a federal job? I was interviewed for a GS12 job but never heard back, they still didn’t hire anyone and I didn’t get a rejection. I applied for another GS07 job, was accepted, I took it, but I believe I can do better. I have a master’s and have extra graduate research experience.
