I would really like some help with navigating a path to a higher salary. The job titles change so much and when I interview they're stating the salary a lot lower than expected.
I am trying to get anywhere between 90k-100k. I have my CAMS and have been in banking almost 20 years with management experience. I'm looking into aml, fraud and risk roles. What titles should I be looking for or what other places might be a good place to look? Tyia!

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.
