Iam a ServiceNow Developer,
Iam searching for a job change, currently working as SNow Developer with 3 YOE,
with 11.11 CTC but actual is CTC - Conveyance allowance due to PWFH (15%ofCTC) - (10%ofVariablePay) = 8.33 lack(Actual Gross Salary )

So can anyone suggest me how to move forward,

My knowledge check : I have worked and is good at ITSM, Asset management, Hr Modules,Client Demos , Project instance Upgrades and clones, Hyper care support,individually or in team of 2 or 3.

I work in hospitality right now as a young person without a degree. Are there good opportunities for a career if I move up? Or should I go for a degree and switch to something else?

I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Currently a Investment Consiltant at WFA making $62k with a $7k bonus. Both are in office positions in SLC, UT. TIA

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut.
