I’m a BIM Engineer with ~2 years of experience. My current salary is ₹35,000/- month, and my company has offered a 22-25% hike to around ₹43,000/- month.

I expected closer to ₹50,000/- month based on my work and market standards, but there’s no flexibility from their side. I don’t have another offer yet, so I’m unsure how to proceed.

What is a fair monthly salary for a BIM Engineer with 2 years of experience?

Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on
