Quick question for you IP attorneys if the website and store front sign says “abc fresh market” and if you are filing the mark under currently using base do you have to file the full make or can you just file an application for “abc”. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?
