I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. How can I add multiple characteristics within one cell and make sure that a pivot table can read both values independently if needed? E.g., I have a column titled “color” and in one cell I write “red” and the other “red, blue”. I’d like a pivot table / formula to be able to count that there are technically two “reds” in this data set. Any tips?

I heard and saw lot of bad culture, work life experience in PwC India. People working 12hr a day, weekend works, bad management etc. This also almost same in other big4 India operations. How it is different in PwC US. Is they also have bad work life balance as other big4 base out of India.
