Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

Which practice group (m&a, capital markets, or funds) would be best for someone who genuinely doesn’t care about this job/law but wants to stay in biglaw (NYC) as long as possible? With 2.4 years experience in Big Data domain with AWS native. Getting 8.3 fixed + 10% variable with Deloitte where current CTC is 4.75. Have offers from other MNC like Accenture /IBM of 10 fixed. Shall I continue with Deloitte assuming career growth as a part of big 4 or continue with Accenture or IBM.

Accenture strategy CN and MBB have almost similar pay from campus hiring. Infact Accenture is just slightly more

Is salary hike on job switch based on fixed salary or total CTC?
For instance, companies inflate the CTCs of Management trainees from B schools by including high performance bonuses. ICICI for example pays 20 lpa but only 12 is fixed and 4 lakhs is paid after every year (only for two years).
How is hike calculated by HR when one switches In such a case?
