When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

Pick an organization - getting to interview with the manager I'll report to, transparency in comp/merit review process, an understanding for how the company is different (both good and bad), a plan for how they are/will address the bad, a vision for what they will do to help me develop my career.
Stay - make good on those commitments. Elicit feedback from employees, acknowledge criticisms, address them.
Salesforce lacks all of those and I will never go back. I have loftier ambitions than "rest and vest", but that's literally all they're good for as an employee - get your RSU grant, enjoy the bennies, leave after 4 years to go work for a client or partner, where your interactions with the mothership will be much better.
+1 on both of the above for me.

Because you don't get RSU's from an internal transfer, and refreshers are almost nonexistent in CSG (where both support and proserv are).
Comp plan, high percentage of sales team meeting plan, and growth opportunities.
Clear progression and strong technical training.
Work culture, that consider you as human and you have other life.
I want to know I'll be supported in whatever role I'm in, have smart and kind colleagues, an advocate of a boss, professional development opportunities, a great PTO and work home home policy. Aaand I want my comp to be regularly reviewed to remain competitive with market rates.
The manager is key. How they provide air-cover. How they determine urgent versus important. And the culture they create on hour past 40. There are a few managers I would quit and join their team instantly if they texted me
I agree for me the leader is so important! I would too
Do my coworkers really want to kick ass? Do the org as a whole really want to excel? Is there a Commitment to Excellence? (sorry, channeling my childhood Raiders fan).
Love this one!!!!
Culture and development support (ie: career path). I hate having to leave a company just to step up the ladder.
