I have received CDF 2 form from Cognizant after attending technical interview on this weekend. The email mentioned that I have been short listed to move forward that’s why I am receiving this email. I have couple of doubts in mind.
1. Will there be any further rounds?
2. Is this a confirmation that they will send me offer after HR discussion?
3. If next round is HR, then how much will CTS offer for a person having 4.6 years of experience as ETL tester? Cognizant

I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

Weekly Hot take. Accessibility=/= easy mode. I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I am not a person with disabilities but i believe Celeste did a pretty good job at adding some of these features.
