Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. Today I had managerial followed by technical and HR interview for TCS which finished within an hour. I didn't get any feedback from them and when asked the HR told that it will take 2 days. Any idea what does this mean? I have never faced such an interview before.
