If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work? I fear another pandemic or outbreak and so many people being out of work again. I can't even fathom those that had jobs in retail that had little to no choice to not be remote.

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Last week I was offered a govt job at NGA (Budget analyst) 40k increase not guaranteed remote. 45 min drive +retirement

Hi, I got an offer letter from oracle as software engineer. Offered package was 17.91LPA including pf (17 fixed )

My YOE: 3.6.

CCTC: 10.5

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.

I got offered from IBM for almost similar role doing in CG today with 40% hike. Now after resignation CG is trying to retain with 25% hike.
What would be your advise ? Should I take it up on IBM new role or stick to existing visibility with CG on lesser salary ?
Both are offering on-site role in 6-8 months.

What does that mean 75$ hourly C2C, A pay rate give by US based consultancy, How tax is going to deduct and how I have to pay taxes? How it's different than usual process? What are all thinks I should ask them?

10 years experience with full stack. Net developer, having knowledge of cloud and have multiple azure certification. Also familiar with devops. My current ctc is 18 lpa, bonus is on top of the ctc in EY gds. Am I being underpaid?
