This is the offer I have from Qualcomm.
My offer letter says $10500 stocks per year for my role as annual stock bonus.

Question: I wanted to know if this annual stock bonus will start from this year or after the vesting of my RSUs. Also in any case what is the average annual stocks which people get at Engineer level because obviously it would not 100% i.e. $10500.
