After joining a new company i got another offer from CG with good package,
Current company is a product based company and CG is a service based company can i ask the present employer to hike my salary as I got another offer with good hike!

Anyone resigned from EY recently? While resignation in the exit portal the notice period says 90days which is different from the offer letter which is 60days. Did EY changed notice period policy to 90days?

Upon sharing salary break up, I asked HR for joining bonus and haven't heard back since. It's been 2 days.
How long to wait before asking for an update?
Or shouldn't even send a follow up from my end ?
