I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? 1st company: 2.2YOE - 3.25LPA
2nd company: 3.8YOE - 4.5LPA-Appraisal to 5.24 LPA (highly unsatisfied)
Second company (on retention) 3.9 YOE - 10 LPA
NOTE:
Job hit by pandemic and switched from 1st company with only 4.5 LPA which later increased to 5.24 in a year
Started applying for interviews in the second company and got offer upto 13 LPA. But decided to stay back with 3.9 YOE - 10 LPA on retention in current organization.
