I am serving notice period and have an offer from Deloitte : 6 LPA fixed and 60K variable = total 6.6 LPA

When I accepted the offer, my current CTC in Wipro was 4.2 LPA, but just few days back i got promoted to CTC 5.5 LPA

So now my current CTC is : 5.5 LPA and my offer is 6.6 LPA

Should I go to HR of Deloitte and ask for a bit raise ? If this is a good Idea ?

Note : I just got my revised offer letter as my notice period was 90 days, and Deloitte agreed for 90 days Notice Period.

Art Directors. How protective are you of your references and resources? I have a folder with lot’s of textures, mockups that I’ve spent time building. I even paid for some of those assets. So I always get a lot of compliments on my comps and decks. Sometimes someone ask for my files and I really don’t want to since I put so much effort on that.
