I had TP1 and TP2 Interview rounds last week with HCL, now HR mailed me this Tuesday to ask for the documents such as salary slips, increment letter, ID proofs educational certificates etc for HR discussion.

I have shared the same on Tuesday itself but haven't got any reply yet from HCL, typically how long it takes for HCL to revert at this stage.
Also what package is good to ask for Presales profile, YOE- 6, current CTC - 12.5

Is it good to go for HCL leaving Deloitte USI brand?

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.
