I have 7+ years of domain experience and recent 2 years as SAP FICO consultant. 5 years back I absconded Eclerx BPO due to uncertain shift timings, toxic work culture and a 2 yrs bond for 2 lakhs penalty.
After that 3 firms didn't bother about this and hired me but now my BGV is not getting cleared and left my previous job based on the offer. I had not disclosed the absconding thing to HR but there's a PF overlap of one month. I might not be onboarded. Should I kill myself for this?

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. Am I mistaken by this viewpoint?
