EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.
If I don't consider pay, which company is the best to go for considering work and culture(peope friendly).

Accenture India Hi Folks Need your advise. One of my friend has an offer from Honeywell Chicago. He is currently working in Accenture India. couple of questions if you can help me with.
1. Honeywell Offer $180,000 p.a. vs INR 20 Lakh in Accenture(due for 12% Fixed increase and 20% Variable wef Dec'22) . Is it good to join considering relocation cost and tax structure in US?
2. how is the work culture and growth opportunities in Honeywell Chicago office?
3. Any other advise pls share ?

hey man stop thinking like that, what you can is to reach out to your old employer ASAP and get the experience and relieving letter, also ask them to update the exit date and dude just pay whatever they are asking… the BGV for some companies are getting very stringent and most are adopting uan employment checks, i myself was in the same issue where i didnt pay bond for my first employer where i just spent 3 months and that too in training but now going to pay 2 - 2.5 lakhs just to get them…
I have told the company that I'm ready to pay the due amount but they aren't ready to change the date of exit. In the last conversation hr has threatened me with a legal action if I insist on them for change in DOE.
This is for which company and how many companies did they check pf as bgv
They check for all the companies that are in your EPF service history
