I have a confirmed offer from EPAM at ₹29 LPA, I was considering discussing it with the AA HR to see if there's any flexibility on the package.

Based on anyone's experience, do companies generally view this positively, or is there anything I should be cautious about while negotiating

My main concern is whether negotiating could put the current AA offer at risk. I don't want to lose the opportunity if they aren't able to match the compensation.

Does anyone know specifically comp numbers at AbbVie for grade 20-21 in a commercial role? I'm having trouble understanding specifically what comp would be at the level they are considering me for. In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD.
