I have been in Barclays since 3 years and I like the benefits here with leave policies and project is also good no issues with that. But I casually searched for other opportunities I got an offer with almost 85% hike in CTS. Am in dilemma if I can join CTS or try to get retained here with same hike or close to the same hike percentage since I don't want to leave Barclays.People with lots of experience in Barclays, please suggest how far Barclays handle such scenarios ?

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

Why did we choose PA instead of a rotational program again?

How bad is it for a junior to push back against a completely psychotic mid level? I don’t know how this mid level hasn’t been fired because they are even rude and bossy to partners and are a nightmare for juniors. For those of you who had an allergic reaction to the COVID vaccine, how did you get a vaccine exemption? I had mine last year, experienced vertigo for 3 days, but didn't go to the doctor (since it went away the 4th day).
