So am I eligible for AVP after one year? Does my manager get to know when I apply for IJB?
And in IJB salary negotiation/discussion happen again?
I think my salary is less as compare to my experience.

SALARY : 22LPA
Skill : BI Developer/Reporting tools

Currently in industry at 135k salary, poor healthcare, amazing wlb, a month of parental leave, work is okay.

Considering data science roles at :

trying out EY GPS aim for SC
Gov job range is 100-120k and would need to negotiate up pto otherwise I’d for sure decline

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
