I have just joined an organization and agreed for night shift. I thought I could manage it as I have done it earlier.
I realized that it wouldn't suit now as I see a lot of backlash from my 2yrs old boy. I have a feeling that it might have a wrong impact on him.
I don't want to continue this timings now. I am less than a month here. How should I approach? should I resign and look for opportunities again, lil afraid as I see slowdown news more frequently nowadays.
