I have received an interview invite for Data Scientist 2 role Microsoft . HR told me the Round 1 will be a hacker rank assesment with a Sr. Data Scientist, it will be for 1 hour.

I am not sure what can be asked in this, can someone shed some light.

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
How do I go about raising this concern? I believe I should be paid more now and at least change my job title?

Are there any spreadsheets or charts showing reference points for self report surveys for compensation? Maybe from FB users on salaries, tier city comparisons, level/role, different companies etc?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

Is it fine to back out from a signed offer if a much better role comes up before the start date? Any legal consequences from doing so? I am torn between this new offer which is my dream role

Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead.
