I need some suggestions from you all. I have been offered a remote role today at an IPO bound startup(Motive) however,
I joined Flipkart yesterday after relocating to Bangalore. The new offer is financially ahead slightly against my existing offer.

However, I want to know what should I do now.

1. Stay with Flipkart and continue it the way it is?
2. Consider Motive. I am not really sure how would I have that 'weird' conversation with my HM and HR.
3. Any other alternative?

Hey guys! So yesterday, I was in the running for 2 positions in the same division at Goldman Sachs, got invited yesterday to go for a 3rd position after they submitted my HireVue, all of this is in the Salt Lake City office. They came back to me shortly after that saying they were inviting me to a superday next week for all 3 positions. If anyone knows what the next steps are, I’d appreciate any info or insight. Question for funds folks, since no one is around to answer any questions and I can't seem to find this answer anywhere. Why can't a placement agent combine or integrate the offering of interests in the sponsor's fund with the contemporaneous offering of interests in another fund? Is it based on reputational risk or from a sales perspective in case someone rejects both funds, any other issues? Thanks!

HR has told me in in their system it shows it as level 10 across hiring procedure.
