I took interviews at HTC global services for automation test engineer. Now, the HR is asking me for my expected CTC. Can someone kindly help me out

Current CTC: 2 LPA

I currently work in a startup with low pay. Can I ask 5 LPA or is it too much? HTC Global Services

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

I have got offer from CTS and doing pre-onboarding formalities. As part of BGV the are asking to fill HR Manager name and contact numbers. How we can fill that because my previous company is HCL where the HR people are keep changing & @they don't even respond to their employees. Also, we couldn't add their phone number as well.
