Hi fishes, im a staff 2 in FSRM in GDS joined in December 2022, i cleared my FRM part 1 in may 2022, when i spoke to my Counselor if that would be consider for appraisal, he said that i have to wait till next year. I had 2 rounds of interviews with EY GDS. Followed by HR reaching out to get documents and relevant information. Please mind HR discussion has not happened yet.

Its been more than a week since there is no response from HR side/GDS team.

Does this mean that they did not consider me? Because I believe that HR asking for docs is a clear indication that I cleared my interviews.

Is this a norm? Any suggestions on how to proceed?
