I'm currently working in coforge with ctc 18lpa - 16lpa fixed + 5%VP. I got offer from Accenture of 27 lpa - 21 lpa fixed + 27% VP. I'm having 4+ yoe as java full stack developer. Accenture is offering me L9 whereas I'm senior software engineer in coforge.
Keeping in my mind current market scenario, current ctc and other factors, is it wise to switch or stay back in coforge as I'm in good banking project in Coforge and also trying to retain me with some hike.

I confess that I was one of those annoying kids in AOL chat rooms back in the late 90s. I also confess this bowl feels just like those chat rooms back on the day. I also confess I still enjoy stirring the pot here with a chaotic neutral approach.

I miss music. Like actual bands with instruments and vocal ability. Feels like the music industry is so hollowed out that multi-member instrumental bands like Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and even Metallica are no longer able to take root.

There are a few talented individual singers (Adele) a lot of awful mumble rappers, but no actual bands that will stand the test of time. Before I get called a Boomer, the problems with the music industry for new artists are well documented.
