and Project duration is more than 1 year.
Do we have an option to reject a project in EY or can we move out to another project after serving for few months?

Who uses agile/scrum project management in their agency and is it efficient?

I was hired for a Cannes Lion campaign piece for an agency in NYC. I was doing the edit and motion design for a campaign they did. I got hired last minute with 2 weeks away from the deadline. The ECD was nice at first but very tough to follow. Very scatter brained. 1 week in, she started getting nasty and saying I have no structure and I’m all over the place design wise. I got let go of the project only to find out they still used my designs and edit that were made. Idk why I was let go.

Client gifts: thoughts on gifting a great puzzle to a client? I have several clients where I know food/wine won't work due to dietary restrictions. Our family always does puzzles at the holidays and I know these contacts have kids that might enjoy the gift. Any other ideas welcome!

It's day 2 for me at Deloitte (PDM) , just received my laptop yesterday , completed a few of the trainings and created/uploaded my resume. Coach and onboarding advisor have not been assigned yet. My cctc is 22 and I have 9 years of experience. Tech stack - Python, Snowflake, Azure, SQL.
I have a notice period of 90 days so I rarely get an interview. I got an offer of 24. This company is not even giving 10% of the hike on my cctc. Should I take this offer and wait for my notice period to come to 20-30 days so I can give more interviews? Or should I wait for another opportunity. Please help.

I dont understand why EY GDS conducts “No show Interviews”.
I was scheduled for interview and nobody showed up. i tried contacting the HR team through mail and phone calls and nobody responded. and two days later they sent me an email saying the position is filled.
So disappointed

I’m new to the firm. My third project my manager was very hands off. He’s wants to have a discussion with me about my performance. He did not give me any support to work with; even when I asked! And my direct manager agrees with him, but it was my third week. What to do? I feel like I’m going to say something crazy. Any advice?

Can we expect 80% hike after 6 months in the current organization. I'm not actually planning to move out because of of hike, but because of the project which I got in which I'm not comfortable with. I'm interested to stay in the organization. But my supervisor said I have to stay in this project for atleast 5 years and HR asked to stay for atleast 2 years which I feel would loose my career.

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...
