I'm recently done with the 3 rounds of interview with JPMC for Software Engineer-Full stack AWS Developer. I'm expecting a call for HR discussion in some days. What compensation shall I expect from JPMC for 2.5 years experience in Java Full Stack with AWS?

I Currently hold 3 offers with 13 LPA being the highest.

Could anyone please help me out with the Salary negotiation. How much compensation should I propose?

I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?
