I'm working in Accenture and got promotion confirmed by manager. But Appraisal letter and salary revision slip will be available in the month of November 1st or 2nd week.

I already got an offer from Deloitte (Joining date in Jan) before knowing promotion and they offered me based on previous salary.

Once I get Appraisal letter and promotion hike from Accenture, can I ask Deloitte HR to revise my offer based on new salary? Do they revise?

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest
