I have 6yoe 10LPA in ETL testing. All 6 years I have been with one company only and now I think it’s too late for me to switch companies. I don’t even have a big skillset and my pay is too less and even my savings. With pressure building for getting married and just normal inflation, I need to switch but I don’t know where to begin. Even without LinkedIn, I see a lot of people younger than me in much better roles. They started off with relevant jobs right out of college. I graduated in 2009 when the economy tanked and worked in retail for years before I was finally able to land in corporate. Does anybody else struggle with this as well? I’m constantly comparing myself to others who are younger than me.

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

And LTA is depend on HRA amount.

Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
