I’ve got two offers—one from NTT Data (better pay, 3 days in office, 23 km away, Salesforce client) and another from a fintech startup with SDE -3 position (5 days in office, 30 km away, ~400 employees). While NTT pays more, the startup offers product-based experience. I’m looking for long-term stability, learning, and growth. Which one would you suggest I go with? Appreciate your help!

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
