DI CTC - 20 LPA + 10% Variable
EY CTC - 24 LPA + 20% Variable

Please advise.

1. Which one is better in terms of WLB, career growth & salary hikes?
2. Is it okay to leave DI without serving notice period?

I'm currently working with Deloitte USI as a Proposal analyst and got an offer from CTS with decent hike and hometown location as a Senior Business Development Analyst. Will it be a good move considering work life balance, job security and work pressure keeping in mind the recent resession and attrition.

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.
