I would like to know if it is a good position in CTS or do I need to get any role equivalent to individual contribution? I have completed all my pre-joining formalities & submitted all relevant documents. Once submitting the BGV got an auto mailer saying that it would take 14 days to complete the BGV. And the days are over now. Also, so far, I didn't receive any mails.

Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles. Please suggest me if I'm doing any wrong things at the time of the referral... And the job for which I am referring to anyone that is the latest only.Cognizant
