Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? I have accepted my sexuality and found peace with the long battle of wanting to be something not what I actually am.
