I have 4years of experience in the field of content moderation and management. I worked with Genpact at 3.5lpa last drawn for 2.10years and recently joined Accenture on September,2021 for 5lpa(been three and a half months).
Not happy with the package and level after getting to know the inside details. I aspire to become a team lead by end of 2022 and Accenture doesn't have that ace of promotion. What do I do and which company do i try for at what time?

I’ve been an in house photographer for a mid size women’s clothing brand (500+ stores & ecomm) for over 5 years and shoot everything from on/off fig ecomm, flatlays, and campaigns. I’m the only staff photographer - freelancers get booked for the holes we need to fill on any given day. I currently make 60k. I’ve just been asked to take charge of our ecomm - oversee the freelance photographers & retouchers, art direct ecomm, and continue to shoot. Is 98k too much to ask?

I have done with all the rounds for SRE position with Oracle. I have uploaded all the documents for the bgv in the first advantage url. It's been 15 days. Since then I didn't receive any communication. The director told initially when he started the offer roll out process that there is a freeze going on and needs to get the approvals to get this done. I’m not friendly with medication but I think I might have to try something for anxiety.
I have tried to manage mine for years with meditation, exercise, diet, etc. I usually do pretty well.
But under stress, it can take over. And in the past couple of years I’ve woken up in the middle of the night with negative thoughts and it takes me a while to fall back asleep.
I don’t want to have to take anything on a regular basis. Any recommendations on a drug that I could discuss with my doctor?

I have received a job offer and gave them my expected salary to which the hr told it was above their budget. (Did a proper research and quoted them the range)

They gave me an offer with a difference of 1 to 1.5 lakh from what I had asked.

Any tips whether should I go with the offer they gave or still negotiate?
