I got in TCS for 15 lpa (only). Could anyone please advise me which path I can take my career like technical or management. If technical, what technology can I start preparing from QA front, which can have a great boom in next 3-4 years ( for next switch)

Is the CVA exam worth pursuing?

I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.) Reclass can take 2 - 6 months to process. Meanwhile, I am interviewing for industry job. If I get an industry job, what do I do if my reclass isn’t processed yet? Why doesn't the interview panelists inform the candidates if they've cleared the interview or not ?

Whenever I'm taking interviews, I clearly tell the candidates at the end if they should work hard and come back (Rejected) or if they've done well (Selected)
