Total YOE: 11 years
Relevant exp in big data: 6 yrs
Relevant exp in Azure: 2+ yrs
Got offer from Atos of 26.4 LPA. Is this a good offer? or Shall I search other job at 30+ LPA?
Getting calls from some product companies like JPMorgan Chase Chubb. How much can I expect from these product companies?

Very high likelihood if you are a strong performer and your parent org is okay letting you join us. An M above responded with same.
My team we has lot of contractors, we converted few of them to FTE and some we couldn’t because parent org blocked it.
We are hiring aggressively right now, so superb time to join ZS if you like it here.

I will say very good. If your parent organisation doesn’t have any clause to not convert to FTE, and if you are good, not just technically but project management, client communication, all ZS competences then you are welcome to ZS. I will personally take you in my team

Yes faced similar situation in previous org where i converted from C to FTE, apparently my pay very low that was the reason i moved out
