HasWipro asked anyone to accept the offer letter twice? I accepted the offer from Wipro couple of days back and today they have sent an email asking me that offer acceptance is still pending and to accept it. I clicked on the link that they sent and looked at the offer and it is something different than what earlier accepted..salary is same however it now says appointment letter inside but at the top it says review your offer letter and accept. Im using their iCIMS portal. Any advice?

My first time applying and getting an offer for a job posting without a salary on it, aka non-government job. $21k below what I currently make and $3k below the minimum I told them- I went for a job with a bigger title and more responsibility. I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July. Should I have been told I get a bonus when I signed on or are they typically a surprise?

Why doesn’t Accenture give an inflation relief bonus like every other consulting firm?

I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. I know some may think it is a no brainer but offer A allows me to grow the department ground up whereas offer B id be apart of to just different

I have asked for TCS and IBM for revised offer letter as per xoriant.

TCS said it's not possible because at the time of HR discussion I don't have any counter offer.

If I will not join TCS then is there any problem occurs in future like they will block list my profile?
