Today is last of LTA submission and from the team there was no any response.

My query is I am eligible for 75k LTA and now I entering that amount on portal it not allowed me to enter .. continue showing error pop up say basic of HRA 5%

I am not understand that message. I entered my housing rent on portal..

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

And LTA is depend on HRA amount.

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? In case of the latter can you guys suggest lucrative technologies which has little/no coding and can definitely give good packages? Promotion to M1, 4 rating in NYC Advisory any thoughts on raise %?

I work for a small firm (about 20 attorneys) and make 90k. I’m coming up for a raise discussion in a couple of months but don’t know how to go about it/what is reasonable to ask for. I bill about 35 hrs/week at 400/hr, so I think I deserve a bump, especially considering the posture of the market. Any advice/feedback from similarly situated associates or partners at similarly sized firms?

My utilization went to 50 in IBM, I think I have taken paternal leave since it went down. My manager put my as PIP improvement goal in checkpoint.
Need to know how to bring this up and is that my job is under risk? Band 7b
