If you're confident enough to clear the interview, Go for it..!!
It's high time to switch your organization..!!
Brush up your skills.
#My_Suggestion:
Start attending interviews without resigning, you will get a clear picture about yourself.
What all preparation you need, where you're lacking, which area you need to work on etc. etc.
Once you're confident, resign from the current organization and continue your job search.
90 days is more than enough to clear any interview.
All the best 😊
Thank you for helping 😊
I have attended few interviews and in few interviews hv got failed in first round and in some have gone to 2nd round technical then getting rejected, I'm not like 100% confident but I believe I can do it in the time period, 90days is a lot of days, and not more companies are not interested after hearing 90days NP, honestly I'm not much sure which decision to take, but I think I wl be able to get atleast one job in this 90days time
Interviews are never tough! If there is requirement, 10-15 min interview is all that happens. I have seen/been in such situation. Be confident and push.. all will be good.
Okay thank you brother for your valuable insight, it motivated me, I will try more harder
Been there. Done that.
Persuading companies to wait for 90 days is tough sometimes. Especially in current scenario.
I did the same. I resigned without an offer in hand.
And surprisingly recruiters also agreed to my reason for resignation 😅
Ohkay understood, in managerial round they can ask majority this question
First take an offer and then resign. Otherwise u will get hands burnt. Because ur switching tech n that's not easy. I did the same n I dont have offers in hand.
Kindof
Update your Notice period to 30 days/1 month and get some interviews scheduled. Now if you are able to clear them and get confidence in you. With current market situation you can take the risk of resigning before getting an offer. But if you are the only earning member in family and have loans like home, vehicle , etc. Think of everything and make a wise decision. And all the best for job hunting.
Okay thank you brother it is really a nice trick, will try it definitely, and will keep all the things in mind before making a decision
What I suggest is update your notice period in job portal to 60days and if a recruiter ask then you can tell them you are on bench , you can get relieved in 60 days. Get an offer and then resign in the meantime try to get more offers. If your work experience is less than 7 years you can easily get multiple job offers. On the other side you can check with your HR to get relieved early
Thank you brother this is a very good practical useful advice, wl try to get d initial offer by this way, thanks a lot bhai for this suggestion
