Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Hi folks,
Can anyone please help me regarding the Optum hiring process?
Situation:
* I gave an interview with Optum and got selected.
* I received the offer letter on Monday night, 8 June, for Grade 26.
* The offer letter mentions that my joining date is 5 August.
* It also states that I would receive an e-sign email within 48 hours of the offer letter being released.
* Someone from the HireRight team visited my residence and completed the address verification.
* I also received an email from HireRight asking for the HR contact number of one of my previous employers.
Problems I’m facing:
* Today is 22 June, and I still haven’t received the e-sign email from Kleeto.
* I want to know whether my address verification has been completed because, although HireRight asked for my previous employer’s HR contact details, the HireRight portal still **Not** shows the status as “In Progress.”
My concerns/anxiety:
* Since the e-sign process is not completed, does that mean I have not officially accepted the offer?
* Is my employment confirmed or not?
* Could HR revoke my offer before I join Optum because I haven’t e-signed the offer letter?
* Is it possible that they are intentionally delaying this because they prefer immediate joiners and are keeping me as a backup candidate?
I have the same query if my offer is confirmed or not
Not sure is it because our background verification started before the offer esign. generally companies initiate background verification once we accept the offer only. HR mentioned that there is an internal glitch due to which all the july and post joiners haven't received the ESign email. Not sure what's happening internally.
Yeah that would give some update
