Hi folks, can anyone help regarding the Optum hiring process?

I was selected by Optum and received an offer letter on 8 June (Grade 26) with a joining date of 5 August. The letter mentioned that I would get an e-sign email within 48 hours, but as of 22 June, I haven’t received it. HireRight completed my address verification and asked for my previous employer’s HR contact, but the portal not shows “In Progress.”

Should I be worried that my offer isn’t confirmed or could be revoked?

I have an offer with 12 LPA as a SA -QA1 as OMS QA (Functional) ; I don't have much experience in automation, mostly I have worked on functional/buisness part of testing ; can anyone let me know what is the future for a tester in PS ? will the resources gets projects , or not with this kind of profile

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?
