I have completed both the Tech 1 and Tech 2 rounds and subsequently filled out the CIS form. After that, I received a call from HR where we discussed the salary .

It's been around 10 days since then, and I haven't received the offer yet. On the EY portal, the status still shows "You are with the Hiring Team."
Could anyone share how long it typically takes to receive the offer after the HR discussion stage?

The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work.
